Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and set the ground rules for any engagement with NextGen Software Ltd. The specific commercial terms of a project always live in a separate, signed proposal or statement of work.
01 Using this website
You may browse, share, and reference this site freely. You agree not to misuse it — no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or access it in a way that breaks the law. The site is provided “as is” for information; we may change or take down content at any time.
02 The estimator is an estimate
The project cost and timeline ranges shown by our interactive estimator are indicative starting points only. They are not a quote, an offer, or a contract. Final scope, price, and schedule are confirmed in writing after a discovery call and captured in a signed proposal.
03 Engagements & proposals
- Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal or statement of work) that both parties sign.
- Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement wins.
- Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are defined in that agreement, not here.
04 Intellectual property
The NextGen name, logo, site design, and content are our property or used with permission. Product names and screenshots shown as selected work belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. Ownership of work we create for a client transfers as set out in the relevant signed agreement, typically on full payment.
05 Confidentiality
Anything you share with us to scope a project is treated as confidential and used only to respond to and deliver that work. We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed conversations.
06 Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites and products. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following those links is at your own discretion.
07 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the caps set out in the relevant signed agreement.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
