Arrow Out

Arrow Out terms of use

01 Apple’s licence

You get Arrow Out from the App Store, so Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (opens in a new tab) applies to it. These terms add to that agreement. If the two disagree about your licence to use the app, Apple’s agreement wins.

Apple isn’t a party to these terms and isn’t responsible for Arrow Out, its content or its support. That’s us.

02 The game

Arrow Out is free to play and paid for by ads. We may add, change or remove features, levels and modes, and we may stop running the game, though we’ll try to give notice before we do.

Stars, times and daily results are for fun. They have no cash value and there are no prizes.

03 No account

You don’t need an account. Your progress lives on your phone, so deleting the app starts you afresh.

04 Playing fair

Please don’t copy, change, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it, or use Arrow Out for anything unlawful.

05 Ads

Ads come from Google AdMob and its advertisers. We aren’t responsible for what advertisers say or sell, or for their apps and websites. Optional rewarded ads refill your hearts, give you a hint or skip a level. If an ad fails to load, you may not get the reward, and there’s nothing to refund.

06 Our content

The app, its name, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may share screenshots and daily result cards from the game for personal, non-commercial use. When you share a card, you choose where it goes; please don’t share it anywhere that would break that place’s rules.

07 The game as it is

We work hard to keep Arrow Out running well, but we provide it “as is”. We can’t promise it’ll always be available or free of bugs.

08 Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer aren’t affected.

Otherwise, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable, for lost progress, or for business losses. Arrow Out is for personal, non-commercial use. Since the game is free, our total liability to you is limited to £50.

09 Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting the app, which also deletes your progress.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game changes or the law does. We’ll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

11 Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the EU, you can also use your local courts, and your local consumer law still protects you.
